1、 Overview of the Plan
This scheme mainly targets the demand side user substations with voltage levels of 110KV/35kV and below, providing a hierarchical and distributed substation monitoring and management system. 2.1 System Architecture
The scheme mainly includes secondary equipment such as microcomputer protection device, arc protection device, intelligent control device, contact temperature measurement product, partial discharge monitoring device, power quality monitoring/multifunctional instrument, environmental sensor, as well as monitoring system/EMS platform.
These devices communicate with the monitoring system through RS485 bus or Ethernet, supporting multiple transmission protocols such as IEC60870-5-103, IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus RTU, ModbuS TCP, etc.
2.2 Monitoring Solution for 110kV and Below User Substations

For substations of 110kV and below, various information in the substation is collected through secondary equipment such as microcomputer protection devices, arc protection devices, intelligent control devices, contact temperature measurement products, partial discharge monitoring devices, power quality monitoring/multifunctional instruments, environmental sensors, etc., and analyzed, warned, and controlled by the monitoring system/EMS energy efficiency management platform to ensure the reliable, safe, and orderly operation of the entire process of user transformation, distribution, and power consumption.
