1. Product Overview

Ankerui BA series AC current sensors are the core equipment for current monitoring in the field of industrial automation. With accurate performance and convenient design, they have become the preferred solution for many industries. This series of products is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, which can capture the AC current signal in the power grid in real time. Then, through the built-in constant current technology and linear compensation technology, the original signal is isolated and converted into a standard DC signal output. This not only ensures the stability of data transmission, but also adapts to various subsequent automation control equipment, providing reliable data support for accurate control of industrial systems. The BA series products apply the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the AC current in the power grid in real time. They use constant current and linear compensation technology to isolate and transform it into a standard DC signal output. DC12V or 24V safe voltage or AC/DC85-265V voltage supply can be widely used in the field of industrial automation. The BA50L residual current transformer is mainly used to detect the leakage current of the electrical system, and can grasp the situation of electrical circuits and equipment at any time to prevent accidents such as fires caused by leakage.

Application Scenario:

In the field of industrial automation, such as petrochemicals, steel metallurgy, cement construction, rail transit and other industries, it can be used to monitor the current of production equipment in real time, help workers understand the operating status of equipment, timely detect abnormal current situations, and ensure the stability and safety of the production process.

Power system: In substations, distribution rooms and other places, the Ankerui BA series current sensors can accurately measure and transmit the current in power lines, providing data support for the operation monitoring, fault diagnosis and protection of the power system, and helping to improve the reliability and stability of the power system.

In the field of architecture: In intelligent buildings, it can be used to monitor the electricity usage in various areas of the building, achieve energy consumption monitoring and management of air conditioning, lighting, elevators and other equipment, help building managers optimize energy use, and reduce energy consumption costs. For example, in commercial buildings, by monitoring the current data in different areas, the peak and valley periods of electricity consumption in each area can be analyzed, so as to adjust the operating time and power of equipment reasonably and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Data Center: The Ankerui BA series current sensors can monitor the stability and security requirements of power supply in the data center in real time UPS、 The current situation of air conditioning and other equipment, timely detection of equipment overload, short circuit and other faults, to ensure the normal operation of the data center.

In the field of new energy, such as distributed photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation, it can be used to monitor the output current of power generation equipment and the current situation of grid connected lines, providing data support for the operation monitoring and energy management of new energy systems, and helping to improve the utilization efficiency and grid stability of new energy.
