On June 18th and 20th, 2025, the 4th Shanghai Smart Archives Exhibition and Smart Archives Development Conference was grandly held at the Shanghai International Procurement Exhibition Center. As an annual event in the archival industry, this place gathers cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions. Dimensity Technology showcased its highly reliable and low-energy blue light storage solution and series of core equipment at the exhibition, attracting numerous professional visitors to stop and exchange ideas.

The theme of this exhibition focuses on "strengthening the construction of smart archives and implementing electronic archive management", with a greater emphasis on practical implementation compared to last year (strengthening the construction of smart archives and promoting innovation in archive work). This transformation is closely related to the "Electronic Archives Management Measures" (Order No. 22 of the National Archives Administration) officially implemented on November 1, 2024.

The Measures clearly require that at least two types of media that meet long-term security requirements should be selected from magnetic media, optical media, microfilm, etc., and at least three sets of complete data (one set for online applications and two sets for backup) should be saved online and offline. The Measures provide clear guidance for the construction of electronic archives in various industries.

Dimensity has been deeply involved in optical and magnetic storage for 20 years, and has launched an integrated solution for blue light storage and archiving management of electronic archives in line with the new regulations' storage requirements for electronic archives. By independently developing devices such as burning printers and CD libraries, intelligent hierarchical storage technology is built to achieve differentiated storage management for hot, warm, and cold data characteristics. At the DiMeiShi booth of this exhibition, the technical team showcased their independently developed series of products, including fully automatic disc burning printers, intelligent disc libraries, intelligent hard disk management cabinets, internal and external network disc ferries, and archival discs, to the on-site customers. They also introduced online and offline solutions for Blu ray storage to meet the needs of archival customers.

　　

For archive data that requires frequent access, it is recommended to use the Dimensity Intelligent Blu ray Disc Inventory Storage System. The system supports seamless integration with third-party archive platforms, supports scheduled and quantitative backups, multitasking distribution, disc batch retrieval, and log tracing functions. During the on-site communication, the person in charge of Dimensity stated that the company is actively promoting the construction of a localized ecosystem. Currently, the blue light storage system developed by the company has achieved full line compatibility with domestic operating systems such as Kirin, Tongxin, and Zhongke Fangde.
