Since its establishment in 1973, Swiss Tool Test Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the research and production of process temperature control equipment. 2、 Introduction to Core Product Series

(1) Temperature control unit

Water temperature control unit: Represented by the TT-170 model, it is suitable for small injection molds, rollers, and laboratory scenes, and can control water temperature up to 90 ℃. Equipped with a self optimized electronic microprocessor controller MP-888, it can achieve high-precision adjustment within 1/10 ℃ range, and the digital display screen synchronously presents the set value and actual value. The parts in contact with water are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze material, paired with a scale free heat exchanger to extend the service life of the equipment. It also supports automatic or manual water addition and is equipped with casters for easy movement.

Oil temperature control unit: TT-181 model can adapt to 150 ℃ oil temperature control, with a heating capacity of 9kW and support for 3/6/9kW stage switching, and can adjust energy consumption according to actual needs. Equipped with a built-in 0.75kW motor, it can reach a maximum of 4.5 bar in pressure mode and a flow rate of 75 liters per minute, meeting the temperature control requirements of medium and large industrial equipment.

High pressure water model temperature machine: designed for high demand scenarios, some models such as TT-390/2Z have a heating capacity of up to 24kW, support pressure or suction mode operation, equipped with an electronic flow control system, digital display and monitoring of minimum flow to ensure stable operation.

(2) Cooling equipment series

Wind type chiller: using air cooling method, no additional cooling water circuit is required, and installation is flexible. Suitable for industries such as plastic processing and printing, it can quickly remove the heat generated by equipment operation, maintain stable process temperature, and some models have a cooling capacity of up to 30kW under 90 ℃ conditions.

Water type chiller: relying on the principle of water-cooled heat exchange, the cooling efficiency is stable, and it is suitable for scenarios with high heat dissipation requirements such as die-casting and pharmaceuticals. The equipment is equipped with a precision temperature controller that can automatically adjust the operating status according to the temperature of the medium, reducing energy consumption.

(3) Auxiliary equipment and spare parts

Covering specialized equipment such as conditioning baths and vacuum leak stoppers, while providing a full range of equipment spare parts supply. All spare parts are precisely matched with the original equipment to ensure compatibility and reliability of equipment maintenance and replacement, and to cooperate with the global service network to shorten equipment downtime for maintenance.

(1) Precision control technology

The entire series of products adopts a self optimizing microprocessor control system, which can automatically monitor temperature changes and adjust operating parameters. Some models support external temperature control switching and are suitable for complex working conditions. Taking TT-390/2Z as an example, it is equipped with digital flow display function, which can monitor the flow status of the medium in real time and warn of abnormal flow in advance.

(2) Security protection design

The equipment is generally equipped with multiple safety guarantees: the liquid level control device realizes automatic dry operation protection, triggers early warning and sound alarm when the liquid level is low, and automatically shuts down when the liquid shortage is severe; The independent mechanical safety thermostat and the built-in electronic temperature limiter in the controller provide dual protection to avoid the risk of overheating operation; At the same time, there are devices such as motor protection switches and transformer insulation protection, and all faults are indicated through visual signals for quick troubleshooting.

(3) Durable structural design

The main body of the equipment is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and some models use triple sealing systems and mechanical seal pumps to reduce the risk of leakage. The heat exchange components have undergone special treatment to reduce the probability of scaling, extend maintenance cycles, and support online cleaning, making them suitable for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals that require hygiene.
