Cintropur, founded in 1972, is a brand of AIRWATEC that can meet customers' complex water filtration requirements. Cintropur is designed and manufactured in Belgium. The Cintropur filter is made from synthetic materials and is therefore suitable for food (drinking water).

Cintropur is suitable for various uses of clean water, and Cintropur filters water for household, collective, industrial, or agricultural purposes. Cintropur removes all impurities (soil particles, sand, rust, etc.) suspended in water.

The flow rate of the Cintropur filter is 1 to 32m ³, and the working pressure is 8 to 16 bar. The fineness of the sleeve used on the Cintropur filter ranges from 1 μ m to 300 μ m. This corresponds to the size of the pores on the filter screen, where 1 μ m equals 0.001mm. The temperature of the treated water can reach up to 50 ° C. Cintropur filters cannot be used for very hot water.

The main purpose of CINTROPUR filters and sterilizers is to protect sanitary pipelines in homes, hotels, restaurants, schools, apartment buildings, industrial and agricultural sites. CINTROPUR filters and sterilizers are suitable for food and drinking water.

The blades of the CINTROPUR water filter convert the water flow into centrifugal effect by settling heavy particles at the bottom of the drum, while the filter mesh (sleeve, sock) performs final filtration according to the selected fineness.

There are different models of Cintropur water filters equipped with sleeves (socks, filters) that can capture soil, sand, and rust particles in light water.

The Cintropur sleeve filter with a fineness range of 1 μ m to 300 μ m can remove suspended particles (such as soil, sand, rust, etc.) in water. The Cintropur sleeve filter is suitable for food and drinking water. The classic series Cintropur NW 18 – Cintropur NW 25 – Cintropur NW 32 has expanded with the arrival of SL filters and a new filter series called Semi Industrial Cintropur NW 280 – Cintropur NW 340 – Cintropur NW 400.

The first generation industrial filters Cintropur NW 50 – Cintropur NW 62 – Cintropur NW 75 have been redeveloped in the past few years as the new generation industrial filters Cintropur NW 500 – Cintropur NW 650 – Cintropur NW 800.

Cintropur will launch filter media made of single-layer AISI 316L stainless steel in semi industrial and industrial ranges in 2023, with a fineness of 50 μ m or 90 μ m.

Cintropur offers a range of filters with 8 different fineness levels. The Cintropur SL series is very compact, and the Cintropur NW 280 – Cintropur NW 340 – Cintropur NW 400 filters complement the industrial and agricultural filter series. The various combinations of Cintropur filters have produced DUO and TRIO devices.
