The positioning system of Huaxing Zhikong Chemical Plant has outstanding features such as high accuracy (positioning accuracy better than 0.3 meters), no wiring (no wiring construction required), and high dynamic (real-time position refresh), and is widely used for precise positioning management of chemical plant personnel. The Huaxing Zhikong UWBLOC positioning system solves the problem of high-precision positioning requiring wiring construction, achieving positioning accuracy within 1 meter in complex spaces without wiring construction.

As shown in the figure below, the system architecture adopts wireless base station positioning. Personnel wear positioning badges, and data is transmitted to the server through LORA. The server installs positioning platform management software to achieve precise positioning management of personnel.

The following figure shows the system architecture of wireless base station and Beidou RTK fusion positioning. Wireless base station positioning is used in indoor areas, and Beidou RTK positioning is used in outdoor open areas. The Beidou RTK positioning accuracy can reach up to 3 centimeters, and precise positioning can be achieved without installing any equipment outdoors.

The following are the main devices of our entire system, including wireless positioning base stations, positioning cards, indoor and outdoor integrated positioning terminals, and wireless gateways.

On the real-time monitoring homepage of the system, the positions and quantities of employees, foreign vehicles and personnel, visitors, and contractors in the monitoring area are displayed in real time. The positions of all personnel are displayed on the map in real time, and the number of personnel is dynamically displayed, as well as the statistical quantity by region and category.

Can input fixedName and time period of the personnel, view their historical activity trajectory and location distribution, and trace the event process based on the data in case of any anomalies; Track playback supports searching for tracks at any time period (across days) and playback at animation speed.

The intelligent warning function divides system alarms into the following categories:

Overstaffing and shortage alarm. Once the number of operators in flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful production units of chemical enterprises exceeds the rated number at the same time, an automatic alarm will be triggered immediately;

SOS distress alarm, static alarm, dangerous area alarm, and alarm when personnel enter the dangerous area wearing positioning terminals;

Low battery alarm, automatically sends an alarm signal when the battery level of the positioning terminal is below 15%;

Detention alarm, draw the detention area and duration in the fence configuration. When personnel stay in the detention area for more than the set duration, an alarm will be triggered;

Report to the police when a staff member leaves their post, regulate the workshop area where they are located, and report to the police when they are not in the area during normal working hours;

Vehicle overspeed alarm: An alarm is triggered when the vehicle speed exceeds the set value;

Visitor crossing the boundary alarm: if the visitor exceeds the designated visitor area or deviates from the visitor's walking route, an alarm will be triggered;

Vehicle Jin DistrictAlarm: The vehicle entering the prohibited parking area will sound an alarm;

Homework boundary alarm: If the homework personnel are not in the designated work area during the homework time, an alarm will be triggered;

On the alarm interface, alarms can be processed, displayed in different levels, and the alarm status can be shown; Real time alarm supports pop-up and sound alarms!

Homework management: The system can manage hazardous operations, set up work areas, work times, personnel, vehicles and other information, monitor the work areas, and automatically generate out of bounds alarms for non work personnel or vehicles entering the relevant areas. For personnel or vehicles that are stranded beyond the work time, a detention alarm will be issued.
