Our company successfully completed an upgrade and renovation project for a highway in Hubei Province in the first quarter of 2017, which involved the use of 230 sets of network digital high-definition optical transceivers In the early stages of this project, ordinary analog video optical transceivers were basically used. However, the clarity of analog videos can no longer meet the current market demand. The fiber optic transmission distance involved in this project is basically around 40 kilometers. The interface form of the optical transceiver is SC interface, and the number of electrical ports at the front end is 1, 2, 4, and 8. Effectively replaced the numerical advantage of the original analog optical transceiver. At present, most cameras have a resolution of over one million pixels, and some areas have already reached the requirement of 5 million pixels. In this project, almost all nodes have been replaced with high-definition digital ones. There are a few other nodes that are currently unable to complete this action, so adding high-definition cameras and using a hybrid high-definition and analog integrated business optical transceiver to achieve the transition period of product upgrade is also a feasible solution.
