1Qualified lifebuoy products should have relevant material inspection reports, type test reports, and ship bolt inspection certificates.

2At present, the reference cost price for qualified lifebuoy products in China is about 55 yuan/piece for polystyrene wrapped lifebuoys and about 100 yuan/piece for laminated polyethylene lifebuoys. Therefore, lifebuoys that are excessively cheap are likely to be products that cut corners and should be purchased with caution.

3If conditions permit, businesses are required to conduct necessary checks on the weight, suture quality, strength, buoyancy, high temperature resistance, and damage resistance of lifebuoys in accordance with standard specifications.
