In recent years, with the development of firefighting equipment technology, the performance of firefighting equipment has been significantly improved. At the same time, with the improvement of economic level, the Ministry of Fire Protection and local governments have also invested heavily in the construction of firefighting equipment at all levels. However, after centralized procurement organized by the local government or the brigade, fire-fighting equipment is usually directly supplied to *. Due to the lack of unified technical acceptance procedures and professional inspection equipment, the acceptance of the vast majority of equipment still remains at the level of counting quantity and visual inspection, making it difficult to judge the compliance of equipment performance indicators. This leaves an opportunity for a few illegal enterprises to "pass off inferior products" and "cut corners", and the quality of equipment cannot be guaranteed.
In view of this, in order to facilitate geological inspectors to fully utilize their skills in equipment quality acceptance and inspection work, further improve the current situation of fire equipment quality inspection and acceptance, enhance their own equipment quality inspection and acceptance level and work efficiency, it is urgent to equip quality inspectors with specialized, targeted and practical testing equipment. *The Shanghai Fire Research Institute has organized relevant technical forces to develop a fire equipment acceptance toolkit in China. The main functional features are:
1. The developed water gun flowmeter can be directly installed at the outlet of fire trucks or mobile pumps, without the need for the front and rear straight pipe sections of conventional flowmeters, making it portable. The wireless transmission digital pressure and flow meter can be used in conjunction with a water gun flow meter. The pressure measurement values are wirelessly transmitted to a tablet computer, and the real-time values and curves of flow and pressure are displayed on the screen. The entire equipment adopts wireless transmission and touch screen operation, allowing operators to stay away from the power unit and pressurized connection components, reducing operation intensity and improving personnel safety.
2. The portable dismantling tool test device developed is designed with a fixed interval testing distance (expansion and support force testing distances are divided into five levels, adjusted by a detachable dovetail structure metal top block, and there is also a clamping position), which can test the force output of hydraulic dismantling tools at a fixed distance. Compared with the experimental device that adopts hydraulic servo mode, can be continuously adjusted throughout the process, and can draw complete force values and distance curves, it greatly reduces the weight of the equipment (from five tons to thirty kilograms), can be packed into two suitcases, is portable, and can meet the requirements of acceptance inspection.
3. The motherboard, computer, and touch screen not only collect and process test data, but also provide operation steps and indicate the location and method of operation in the form of pictures. Through human-machine dialogue, first-time users can also carry out testing work step by step. Replacing traditional fragile components such as glass rotor flow meters and water column micro pressure gauges with micro pressure sensors, micro flow sensors, and high flow sensors, the device has the ability to detect movement and location requirements
The acceptance kits developed (including general kits, fire vehicle kits, foam fire extinguishing equipment kits, fire demolition tool acceptance kits and fire breathing equipment acceptance kits) have been applied in some fire fighting * front-line in China, and the equipment has been used for major inspection, which has played an important role in improving the combat effectiveness of fire fighting *.
