1、 First, check the preparation of the standard solution

Standard product quality: Confirm whether it has high purity, good stability, and avoids degradation or contamination.

Concentration range: covering the concentration of the sample to be tested, usually set at 5-7 points (low, medium, high concentration).

Preparation operation: Use a calibrated pipette and strictly follow the procedures to avoid cross contamination.

2、 Further optimize instrument operation

Instrument preheating: Preheat thoroughly for 15-30 minutes to ensure the stability of the light source and detector.

Wavelength selection: Select the wavelength based on the characteristics of the test substance to improve sensitivity.

Color comparison dish usage: Choose quartz or glass color comparison dishes, keep them clean and in the same direction.

Reference solution: Zero with blank solution to eliminate background interference.

3、 Finally standardize data processing

Repeat measurement: Measure 3-5 times for each standard solution and take the average.

Data recording: Accurately record concentration and absorbance to ensure traceability.

Matrix matching: The standard series should be as consistent as possible with the matrix of the test sample to minimize interference.

Interference investigation: Use standard addition curves or Youden curves to check for matrix interference.

4、 Handling of other common issues

Inaccurate pipetting: Regularly calibrate the pipette and operate it in a standardized manner.

Washing the plate: Increase the number of washes to ensure that the orifice plate is drained.

Reaction solution evaporation: Seal the orifice plate with a sealing film.

Curve fitting: Try logarithmic logarithmic or 4/5 parameter logical fitting.
