Shanghai, as an international metropolis, has continuously nurtured a rich and diverse range of commercial formats with its economic vitality and cultural charm, becoming a symbol of urban prosperity. However, commercial complexes have diverse business formats, large consumer groups, and wide parking areas, which can easily lead to difficulties in finding parking spaces and finding fares, posing challenges to the daily operation and management of parking lots.

Shanghai Merchants Caolu Garden City is located at 99 Gutang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It will open in 2023 with a total construction area of approximately 150000 square meters. It has innovatively divided into six major business formats: food factory, beauty research institute, talent hall, banana friend collection, children's dream field, and oxygen center. It covers a full range of categories including trendy fashion, entertainment and leisure, boutique supermarkets, diversified catering, parent-child education, pet friendliness, and themed markets.

① Intelligent forward parking: reduces car owners' time around the parking lot, improves parking efficiency, and standardizes parking lot management.

② Efficient reverse car search: Improve parking turnover, optimize the car search process, and enhance the car search experience for car owners.

③ Upgrade operation management: improve work efficiency, shape a good overall image, and attract potential customer flow.

Due to the large scale of the project, the large consumer base, and the dense traffic of vehicles, in order to better solve the problem of finding parking spaces on site during peak hours, the project adopts the Aiko Smart Parking Space Guidance Solution. The installed video detector PVD21 can automatically detect the parking status of parking spaces, convey clear parking information to car owners, optimize the traffic order of vehicles in the field, and improve the overall service image of the project.

In addition, the project also adopts a three-dimensional garage infrared guidance solution. By installing 568 infrared detectors and 37 infrared managers, it effectively optimizes the allocation and utilization of parking resources, reduces the cost of car owners finding parking spaces, and achieves fast parking and accurate navigation.

To enhance the car owner experience and accelerate parking turnover, the project has installed a self-service car search machine at the elevator entrance of the parking lot, in conjunction with a mobile car search mini program, to create a visual reverse car search experience for car owners. Car owners only need to input information such as license plate, parking space, and time through mini programs or car search machines to achieve positioning, navigation, and dynamic reverse car search functions, effectively enhancing the overall image of the project and bringing more passenger flow and potential consumption.

The project is integrated into the Aiko Intelligent Parking Space Guidance System platform, which can display data such as vehicle entry and exit records, parking space status, equipment information, and operation analysis reports, improving the informationization and intelligent management level of parking management and providing strong data support for the intelligent operation of project management.
