Lifting column, also known as lifting ground column, lifting road pile, anti-collision road pile, hydraulic lifting column, isolation pile, etc. The English name is Bollard. The term Bollard originally described a short vertical pillar that was often used when large ships were anchored in ports. Nowadays, its meaning has expanded to describe various facilities and institutions that manage pedestrian traffic, protect critical infrastructure, set boundaries, and distinguish roads.
Scope of use:
1. Important unit entrance: Install lifting and anti riot barriers, which can be controlled by electric, remote control or card swiping, effectively preventing external unit vehicles from entering and illegal vehicles from entering.
2. Pedestrian Street: Elevating barriers are installed at pedestrian street intersections. The barriers are usually raised to restrict vehicle access. In case of emergency or special circumstances (such as fire, first aid, leadership inspection, etc.), the barriers can be quickly lowered to facilitate vehicle passage.
3. Road median: Elevating barriers can be used in non fully enclosed road median to prevent vehicles from turning left or making U-turns. In case of road construction, road blockage or other special circumstances, roadblocks can be set down to divert vehicles.
4. Multi purpose square: During the day, roadblocks are raised to prohibit vehicles from entering the square. At night, the square is used as a temporary parking lot, where roadblocks are lowered and vehicles can enter and park.
5. Open park: Elevating barriers are installed at the intersection of the open park. The barriers are usually raised to prevent vehicles from passing, and visitors can freely pass through. In case of special circumstances, lower the lifting barrier to facilitate vehicle passage.
6. Residential areas, banks, theaters, libraries, garages, schools, and other places that restrict vehicle access and ensure effective use of fire exits.
7. Expressway: Emergency road closure is required, and automatic lifting stakes can be used for convenience and speed, and can solve the pressure of insufficient police force.
