The comprehensive emergency rescue drill for Guangdong Energy Group's power plant in 2021 was successfully held at Zhongshan Thermal Power Company. This drill was conducted through live video broadcasting, and the Sanjiao Town Government, Zhongshan Emergency Bureau, and various emergency rescue teams of Guangdong Energy Group observed the drill through on-site and video broadcasting.

A 6.8-magnitude earthquake occurred in Zhongshan Thermal Power Company, causing the entire power generation unit to disconnect from the power grid. The power facilities (rooms) in the production area collapsed, and some power supply lines collapsed, triggering a fire. The personnel involved were trapped in the collapsed buildings and facilities, and serious consequences such as burns, electric shocks, mechanical injuries, and falls from heights occurred. Urgent rescue measures are needed.

The entire rescue operation was carried out simultaneously in three aspects: evacuation and resettlement, rescue disposal, and emergency power supply. We strive to comprehensively utilize professional rescue equipment, rescue capabilities, and high-tech rescue technologies to efficiently, orderly, and scientifically carry out emergency rescue. All subjects of the drill were successfully completed, and the drill achieved good expected results.

The Voice Security Emergency Equipment Support Team, affiliated with Guangzhou Shengxun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., participated in this drill. The rescue team carried a portable strong voice command system for safety emergency response and went deep into the disaster site. They used CTRLPA Kenzhuo strong voice technology to conduct on-site drill work, and used it for large-scale strong voice search and rescue of disaster victims, providing effective strong voice command assistance for this drill work.

The safety emergency portable strong voice command system has strong, directional, remote, high-definition, and penetrating sound amplification effects, with a maximum amplification distance of 1000 meters. Even in disaster sites, power outages, network disruptions, and environments with strong background noise, it can still clearly convey instructions, thereby improving command and guidance efficiency.

This is the first time that Guangdong Energy Group has held a large-scale cross regional comprehensive emergency rescue drill. All parties involved have performed their respective duties, cooperated harmoniously, and responded quickly. The entire process was well planned, efficient, and orderly. Professional rescue equipment, rescue capabilities, and high-tech rescue technologies were comprehensively used to carry out emergency rescue, which is innovative and instructive.
