Installation steps and IP address configuration
(1)Installation and debugging steps
Step 1: Remove the sound column terminal from the packaging box and check for any damage during transportation.
Step 2: Power on the terminal of the sound column host and observe whether it works normally and whether all states are normal.
Step 3: Start the voice column terminal configuration program to configure terminal address information (terminal IP address, subnet mask, gateway and server address, etc.). Please refer to the "Terminal IP Address Configuration" below for the configuration method
| Default terminal address: |
| IP address | 192.168.1.105 |
| subnet mask | 255.255.255.0 |
| gateway | 0.0.0.0 |
| server address | 192.168.1.6 |
Step 4: Connect the sound column terminal to the network and maintain good communication with the server.
Step 5: Broadcast an audio file to the terminal through the server. Listen carefully to see if the sound is normal. If not, return to the fourth step for inspection.
Step 6: Cut off the power supply to the sound column terminal.
Step 7: Unplug various connection cables from the sound column terminal.
Step 8: Install the sound column terminal into a usable environment and connect various cables.
Step 9: Retest the sound column terminal and observe if it can work properly.
Step 10: Installation diagram of IP network waterproof sound column (as shown below).
(2)Terminal IP address configuration
1. Connect the sound column terminal and the configuration computer to the same local area network, or directly connect the sound column terminal and the configuration computer with an Ethernet cable (ensuring that the computer with the configuration program installed is on the same network segment as the host terminal).
2. Click on the "Start - Programs - IP Network Broadcast - Terminal Configuration Program (New)" menu to open the terminal configuration program, as shown below:
3. Select "Network. Terminal Address" as the connection method, enter the corresponding address of the terminal in the address input field, select "5001" as the sending port (as shown in the figure below), and click "Query" to query the configuration information of the terminal.
4. Enter the parameters that need to be configured in the terminal configuration bar (as shown in the figure below), click "Write", and the configuration is complete.
5. Restart the terminal, enter the IP address that was just configured in the address input field of the connection method, click "Query", and confirm whether the address is written correctly.
Attention: When configuring an IP address through a network, it is necessary to ensure that the configured computer has an IP address in the same network segment.
