Its working principle is: using electricity as energy, converting electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating elements; Using organic heat carrier (thermal oil) as the heat transfer medium, the thermal oil is forced to circulate in the system through a high-temperature oil pump, so that it is heated repeatedly, thereby achieving the goal of continuously obtaining the required thermal energy for thermal users (thermal equipment or thermal cycles); And it can meet the requirements of process temperature and high-precision temperature control set in the production process.
Usually, the main unit of the oil heater (heating element, high-temperature oil pump, and oil filter), expansion tank, electric control cabinet, etc. are assembled as a complete set of equipment together with the heating equipment to form a forced liquid-phase circulation heating system. If the thermal user (using thermal equipment or thermal environment) has special requirements for the cooling process, then the system should also consider installing oil and water coolers.

2、 Product Features
Thermal oil electric heater is an efficient and energy-saving heating equipment of "low pressure and high temperature" type.
1. It can achieve a higher working temperature (≤ 340 ℃) at a lower working pressure (<0.5MPa), and when the heating temperature is 300 ℃, the operating pressure is only one seventieth of the saturated vapor pressure of water.

3. It can achieve stable and uniform heating, and can achieve precise temperature control (temperature control accuracy can be within ± 1-2 ℃ range).
4. Equipped with advanced and complete control systems and safety monitoring devices.
5. The heat transfer medium of the heating system is organic heat carrier thermal oil, which is odorless, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, has no impact on the health of operators, corrodes equipment, and has a long service life.
6. The oil heater can be installed horizontally near the hot user (using thermal equipment or environment) without laying a foundation.
7. Generally, the investment can be recovered within 3-6 months. The product is suitable for working environments with an altitude not exceeding 1000m and an ambient temperature range of 5-40 ℃; The relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 90%; There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that can seriously damage metals and insulation around; There is no obvious vibration.

3、 Heating operation
1. After confirming that everything is normal through simulation operation, the heating operation can be carried out.
2. Adjust and set the parameter values of each instrument according to the heating requirements.
3. Start the oil pump.
4. Press the heating button, the heating indicator light will turn on, and the system will start heating up. At this time, observe whether the indications of each instrument are correct. If there is a reverse indication or indication, check whether the thermocouple or thermistor wiring is correct.
