Working principle of deviation switch
When the running tape deviates, the edge of the tape drives the upright stick to rotate and press it to tilt. If the tilt angle of the upright stick is greater than the first level action angle, the switch sends out a set of switch signals. If the upright stick continues to tilt greater than the second level action angle, another set of switch signals is output. Two sets of switch signals can be used for alarm or shutdown respectively. After the tape machine is reset and running normally, the upright stick will automatically reset.

Installation and wiring of deviation switch SK-F0611TX

1. The deviation switch is installed in pairs on both sides of the tape rack, with one pair installed every 25-35m. Usually, a pair is used at the head and tail of the conveyor belt.

2. Weld the installation bracket onto both sides of the tape rack, and then fix the deviation switch on the bracket. After installation, the following conditions should be met:

a. The axis of the vertical roller is perpendicular to the plane of the tape, and the distance between the vertical roller busbar and the edge of the tape is L=50-80mm.

b. The tape is located at the bottom 1/2 to 1/3 of the vertical roller.
