To address these challenges, the online water quality monitoring system needs to integrate collision and lightning protection technologies: the shell is made of high-strength, impact resistant materials, and the internal sensors are equipped with shock absorbers, which can effectively buffer the impact of water flow and sediment collision; At the same time, the system needs to build a multi-level lightning protection system, including external direct lightning protection devices, grounding systems, and internal surge protectors, to ensure that lightning energy is quickly discharged into the ground through metal conductors and avoid equipment damage. The system integrates data collection and transmission, and has over limit SMS alarm function and automatic light sensing function. It has the characteristics of multiple measurement parameters, high measurement accuracy, large storage capacity, convenient networking, and stable operation. The buoy adopts an unmanned intelligent control system to complete the data collection and transmission of multiple sensors; The solar power supply system consists of solar panels and large capacity batteries, which can ensure the electricity required for long-term operation in the field; The buoy marker is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material, which has good anti-corrosion ability, prevents biological attachment, does not fade, strong collision resistance, lightning resistance, non-magnetic and other characteristics, and is suitable for complex hydrological and hydrodynamic conditions such as reservoirs.
The SFB05 buoy consists of six parts: water quality sensor (water temperature, conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen), data acquisition instrument, communication system, power supply system, overall bracket, and water quality monitoring platform. At the same time, it can expand multiple water quality factors such as turbidity and COD. The data acquisition device has functions such as data acquisition, real-time clock, timed data storage, parameter setting, and standard 2G/4G (GPRS) communication.
