In terms of drone collaborative adaptability, this product demonstrates universality and compatibility, fully considering the mounting requirements of different models of drones. It adopts a modular lightweight design, with a total weight of only 380g and a volume compressed to 120mm × 85mm × 60mm, equivalent to the size of an ordinary mobile phone. After being mounted, the impact on the drone's range is controlled within 5%, and it is suitable for mainstream brands such as DJI, Jifei, and Yihang's multi rotor and fixed wing drones. The equipment adopts a standardized quick release mounting interface, paired with a dedicated shock-absorbing buffer bracket, which can be connected and fixed to the drone within 3 minutes. The bracket has a ± 15 ° angle adjustment function to ensure that the detection light path is always horizontal, avoiding the impact of drone flight attitude fluctuations on measurement accuracy. At the same time, the product has a built-in high-speed data transmission module that supports 5.8GHz image transmission and 4G dual-mode communication, achieving synchronous transmission of visibility data and drone flight data with a transmission delay as low as 0.3 seconds. In response to complex environments such as high altitude strong light and sudden temperature changes, the optical lens of the equipment is made of sapphire material combined with multi-layer anti reflective film and narrowband filtering technology, which can effectively filter out stray light interference such as strong sunlight and drone propeller reflection. It can still work stably under direct sunlight at noon; Built in high-precision temperature sensor (-40~70 ℃, ± 0.2 ℃ accuracy), equipped with "dynamic temperature compensation algorithm". When the high-altitude temperature fluctuates violently in the range of -20 ℃ to 50 ℃, the optical parameters are corrected in real time to ensure that the measurement error is controlled within ± 3%. This advantage has been fully verified in multiple practical scenarios: in a forest fire emergency rescue in a mountainous area, the device was mounted on a drone and lifted to an altitude of 500 meters, accurately monitoring the visibility distribution of different altitude levels around the fire scene. It was found that the visibility at the altitude of 100-300 meters was only 200 meters (with thick smoke obstruction), while the visibility at the altitude of 500 meters reached 800 meters, providing key data for rescue helicopters to choose a safe route and successfully shortening the rescue response time by 30 minutes; In the assessment of low altitude navigation environment around the airport, unmanned aerial vehicles carrying the equipment were used to complete a comprehensive monitoring of a 10 kilometer radius and 5 altitude levels, generate a high-altitude visibility heatmap, and accurately identify 3 low altitude visibility weak areas, providing a scientific basis for adjusting the low altitude flight control range of the airport.
