This testing instrument is an experimental device used to evaluate the flame spread performance of protective clothing during fire hazards. It tests the flame spread state of protective clothing under small flame impact and is used to determine the fire hazard of fabric materials or other similar functional combustible materials.

4、 Instrument features

1) The flame spread tester for protective clothing includes a burner, sample needle frame, sample suspension support frame, burner control system, human-machine interface display device, etc；

2) This testing instrument can be upgraded to meet other testing standards, such as IS06941, ISO6940, etc., by being equipped with different test needle frames；

3) The burner angle is controlled by a stepper motor, which can automatically perform bottom edge ignition and edge ignition.

4) No need to hold a stopwatch or manuscript timer, the experimental time system automatically records.

5) The test time and ignition time can be set on the touch screen to meet various test standard requirements.

6) The surface burning and bottom burning test programs can be switched on the touch screen.
