2. Fire disposal process

1) After the automatic alarm system displays a fire alarm signal or receives a fire report, the fire inspector should be immediately notified to go to the fire scene for observation;

2) After confirming the fire situation, the fire duty manager or person in charge should be immediately notified and the unit's emergency plan should be activated;

1) After dialing "119", you should confirm whether the other party is the "119" fire alarm reception desk to avoid making mistakes;

2) Accurately report the address of the building's location (road name, block name, house number), indicating the geographical location of the building and the obvious building or road signs around it;

3) Provide a brief explanation of the cause of the fire, the burning material, and the scope of the fire;

4) Wait for the caller to ask questions and provide a brief and accurate answer;

5) After turning off the phone, notify the fire patrol personnel to prepare for the arrival of the fire truck. Quickly organize personnel to clear the fire lane, remove obstacles, and enable the fire truck to immediately enter the best position for firefighting and rescue upon arrival at the fire scene.
