Automatic fire alarm systemWhat quality issues should be noted during installation?
1. The detector and manual alarm box have cracks, deep holes, and unstable installation. The box mouth should be flat and securely installed. If there are any unqualified phenomena, they should be repaired in a timely manner.
2. Confusion of wire numbers and inconsistent colors - Check the wire numbers according to the product technical specifications and firmly install clearly labeled irregular terminal number tubes The wires of the same circuit should have the same color.
3. Loose conductor crimping, reverse coil, low insulation resistance: Conductors that are not firmly crimped should be re tightened, and conductors with reverse coils should be adjusted clockwise. If the insulation resistance value is lower than the standard value, the cause should be identified, otherwise it cannot be put into use.
4. The distance between the installation location and the walls and ceilings does not meet the requirements: it should comply with the provisions of fire safety regulations and the requirements of Article 19.4.2.
5. Detector interference with light positions, ventilation openings, and other areas should be adjusted in consultation with the design personnel and relevant parties.
6. The junction box is not firmly fixed, and there are cracks around the surface of the box, which is not attached to the wall: it should be reinstalled firmly and the surface repaired. If damaged, it should be replaced. If it does not fit firmly with the wall, check if the wall is flat, and after leveling, install the junction box firmly.
7. When crimping conductors, the insulation resistance of each circuit should be carefully measured. If debugging is difficult, the crimped wire should be disassembled and rechecked until it is accurate.
8. The basic channel steel is not straight and exceeds the allowable deviation: Before installation, the channel steel should be straightened, coated with anti rust paint, and fixed firmly after leveling during civil engineering.
9. The flatness of cabinets, panels, and boxes exceeds the allowable deviation: it should be corrected in a timely manner.
10. The cross-section of the grounding conductor of the cabinet (board) and box body does not meet the requirements, and the crimping is not firm: the grounding conductor should be selected according to the requirements. Anti loosening washers should be equipped, firmly crimped, and clearly marked with grounding for inspection.
11. Detectors, cabinets, panels, boxes, etc. contaminated with mud should be cleaned.
12. If there is a false alarm during operation, check whether the grounding resistance value meets the requirements and whether there is any misconnection, until it is debugged normally.
