How to choose cable pulley

The I-beam cable conducting pulley device is used for suspending and moving cables in mobile power supply machinery, and has been widely used in various types of lifting machinery. The device has a sturdy structure. Flexible mobility. Advantages such as safety and reliability.

The cable pulley consists of three parts: the traction pulley, the cable pulley, and the terminal pulley. The traction pulley follows the mobile mechanical cable (traction) device, and each mobile mechanical is equipped with one, which runs back and forth with the mobile mechanical. The middle cable pulley suspends the cable within the range of the I-beam track and moves with the traction pulley. Both ends are equipped with buffer impact heads, and the number of pulleys depends on the length of movement. The terminal pulley is fixed at the end of the I-beam guide rail, usually one for each mobile machine.

Cable pulleys are divided into five models: I, II, III, IV, and V. If the user uses 12 #, 14 #, 16 # or larger I-beams, they can be specified when ordering and can be supplied as a complete set

Product Introduction

The HC type cable pulley series is a conductive form of power supply for crane trolleys. It consists of a walking wheel, a bracket, and a support plate. The flexible cable is fixed on the support plate and synchronized with the cable pulley by the traction frame, thus achieving the purpose of power supply for the trolley.

The HC series cable pulleys are divided into medium load type, heavy load type, and light load type. Therefore, there are three types of pulleys for the pulleys, with a bearing capacity of ≤ 50 ∽ 150kg, which are divided into single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer according to the number of pallet layers. There are three forms in each type, with the first end being the cable traction vehicle, the terminal being the fixed hanging bracket, and the middle being the cable pulley (see figure below).

2、 Explanation

1. After the installation of the fixed cable rack, a baffle should be hung at the back.

2. Adjust the traction head so that the car does not touch the upper and lower edges of the traction hole throughout the entire journey.

3. The cable length is 1.2 times the span of the crane plus 8 meters.

4. Adjust the length of the traction wire rope to be less than the length of the same cable section, and ensure that the traction wire rope is subjected to force during operation.

5. When the cable diameters are not equal, soft rubber should be placed between the cable clamps to make their outer diameters basically the same, in order to clamp the cables.

6. When laying cables, it is necessary to consider the balanced force on both sides of the cable tray.

7. When the cable pulley has two or three layers, the requirements are the same.

8. The double washers on the pulley device are adjustment washers. When the guide rail is not suitable, the washers are placed on the inside of the fixed plate to adjust the width of the track gauge. They are manufactured according to the guide rail specifications of I 100 * 68 * 4.5, I 120 * 74 * 5, I140 * 80 * 5, and I 160 * 88 * 6 at the factory. The non-standard pulley is processed according to the drawings and used for the suspension and movement of cables in mobile power supply machinery.
