This machine is suitable for conducting up and down vibration fatigue tests on plastic tote bags, garbage vest bags, kraft paper tote bags, woven bags, and other bags that bear a certain weight. After multiple fatigue tests, the strength performance of the bag can be determined. The bag fatigue testing machine adopts a fully automatic testing mode, placing the sample at the fixture, setting the lifting frequency and load weight, and the instrument automatically completes the experimental process and prints the results. This fatigue testing machine is widely used in quality inspection agencies and handbag manufacturers.
Testing principle:
Fill three-quarters of the bags with a mixture of particles equivalent to twice the nominal weight of the contents, then lift and fatigue suspend them on the testing machine, set the number of times the bags are lifted, and observe for any damage at the bag after completion.
