The product uses customized nickel chromium alloy resistors as the load source. Low resistance value; It can achieve discharge with higher current, and the customized appearance makes the power density higher. high-precision; The accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.001 Ω, making the discharge process more stable as a load source. Low temperature coefficient; Less affected by temperature coefficient and strong adaptability to the environment. Withstand current shock; Strong current resistance, able to quickly respond to high current surges, and more reliable discharge process.

Intelligent chip control. Intelligent control of the discharge process, automatically adjusting with the decrease of battery voltage to ensure constant current discharge. Real time collection of voltage from a single battery and display it in a curve format for easy evaluation and analysis. At the same time, intelligent analysis of battery voltage status and evaluation can be made. Intelligent calculation of the conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hourly rate to achieve optimal evaluation of battery capacity status. Multiple threshold values can be set for intelligent judgment.

Discharge testing function. After the battery pack is disconnected from the system, use intelligent dummy loads for constant current or constant power discharge, or use intelligent dummy loads in parallel with user devices for constant current discharge. Once the discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity and other threshold parameters are set, the tester will automatically execute the discharge function and display real-time data such as discharge current, discharged capacity of the battery, overall voltage, voltage of a single battery, and discharge time; During the discharge testing process, the discharge parameters can be modified. The discharge test can be stopped when the battery pack reaches the set termination discharge voltage, termination discharge capacity, termination discharge time, or when the voltage of any individual battery cell is lower than the set termination cell voltage, or when termination is manually performed.

Charging function: Strictly follow the charging characteristic curve of the battery for automatic charging. The designed charging mode is "constant current (uniform charging and stabilizing value), constant pressure and current reduction (automatic discrimination converted to), trickle floating charging". This instrument has the advantages of fast charging speed, high charging restoration efficiency, no need for manual supervision, no risk of overcharging during long-term charging, and ensures the service life of the battery.

Cycle and activation function: After the battery pack is disconnected from the system and the discharge and charging parameters are set, the instrument starts working. After the battery pack is discharged, it automatically switches to charging function without manual operation.

7-inch ultra large LCD touch screen. Adopting a 7-inch large-sized high brightness touch screen with a resolution of 1024x600, it can be directly operated by clicking on the screen, which is simple and clear. Strong anti-interference ability.

L adopts LORA wireless unit monitoring module (optional): compatible with 2V/4V/6V/12V unit voltage monitoring. Each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor 6 units. Compared to the method of monitoring the voltage of one unit per module, the number of modules that need to be configured is only 1/6 (only 4 monitoring modules are required for 48V), making the wiring operation of the wireless module more convenient.

Single module frequency band setting: The host supports accepting and modifying multi band wireless single monitoring module frequency bands. Using multiple testers in the same computer room or within close range to collect single module data will not interfere. At present, it supports setting up to 1-10 frequency bands for reception.

During the battery charging and discharging process, the voltage of each individual cell is detected and displayed in real-time, and the change trajectory of the voltage bar chart of each individual cell is presented on the host screen. Viewing charge and discharge curves: You can review the voltage and current curves of the battery pack during the discharge process.

Built in multiple charging and discharging templates: The instrument has 6 sets of test templates for selection, making testing more convenient. You can modify and call the test template by yourself.

Data transfer: The host is configured with USB flash drive data transfer, and data analysis software can parse the data and support report generation. It also supports modifying test data names on the host, making it easy for customers to manage and identify test data.

Multiple discharge modes to choose from: The host comes standard with support for constant current discharge, constant power discharge, and constant voltage discharge, providing customers with multiple testing mode options to better test battery performance.

Compensation discharge function test: The host needs to enable the compensation discharge function. After enabling it, the internal load will automatically decrease according to the current value detected by the Hall element, ensuring constant current discharge of the battery pack. Host display current=battery pack discharge current=internal discharge current of the host+actual load current. (Optional item, requires external current clamp configuration)

L master-slave mode parallel testing: supports multiple hosts to be used in parallel. (Optional item, requires configuration of master-slave communication cable).

The battery discharge meter has a power-off and continuous testing function: The host defaults to the power-off and continuous testing function. During the discharge, charging, and cyclic activation testing process, if the mains power is cut off, the host loses power supply. When the mains power is restored, the host will automatically start the power-off testing state to continue testing, ensuring that the test data is continuous and uninterrupted, and the testing process is complete without the need for personnel on duty.

PC control: The host supports configuring upper computer software, which is controlled by the computer to set host parameters and start/stop functions.

Internal resistance testing: The host supports testing the internal resistance function of each individual battery and supports coefficient modification. The measured internal resistance value is provided for customer reference (wireless individual monitoring module is required).

Online monitoring: The host supports online monitoring function. When the host enables this function, the "Online Monitoring" main function option is added to the host's main interface. Entering this function interface, the voltage and current of the battery pack can be monitored online, and the current, current, capacity, and time data can be recorded and a report can be generated for customers to judge the health status of the battery (optional item, requires configuration of a single module and current clamp).
