Ultra high speed grinding and dispersing machine is an industrial equipment that integrates high-speed shearing, strong grinding, and efficient dispersion. Its core feature is that the spindle speed far exceeds that of conventional dispersers (usually up to 10000-30000r/min, and some high-end models even higher), and is equipped with specially designed grinding chambers, dispersing disks, or rotor stator structures, which can finely process solid-liquid and liquid-liquid mixed materials in a short period of time. ​
Compared with ordinary dispersers, its key difference is that ordinary dispersers can only achieve preliminary mixing and simple dispersion of materials, and are difficult to handle materials with high viscosity, high hardness, or easy agglomeration; The ultra high speed grinding and dispersing machine, through the dual action of "high-speed shear force+grinding impact force", can refine the particle size of materials to the micrometer or even nanometer level, while solving problems such as uneven dispersion, layering, and precipitation. It is suitable for scenarios that require extremely high material fineness and stability.
Selection and maintenance: Ensure stable operation of equipment
1. Selection key: matching one's own needs
Judging from material characteristics: If it is a low viscosity, low hardness material (such as paint), the "shear type" model can be selected; If it is a high hardness and high viscosity material (such as ceramic slurry), it is necessary to choose a "grinding+shearing integrated" model and match it with a high wear-resistant grinding medium (such as zirconia beads).
Judging by processing capacity: Small scale experiments (such as laboratory research and development) can choose small models (1-5L), while large-scale production (such as factory mass production) needs to choose large models (50-5000L) to avoid "small horses pulling big cars" or "overusing talents".
According to industry standards, equipment made of stainless steel 316L material (corrosion-resistant and easy to clean) should be selected for the food and pharmaceutical industries, and must have hygiene certification (such as FDA certification); The chemical industry needs to choose models that are resistant to solvents and high temperatures (such as those with tungsten carbide chambers).
2. Daily maintenance: Extend equipment lifespan
Regularly inspect vulnerable parts: rotors, stators, and seals are vulnerable parts that need to be checked every 3-6 months. If there is wear (such as seal leakage), they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid material leakage or damage to the spindle.
Control processing temperature: High speed operation can cause material temperature to rise (such as 60-80 ℃ during ink processing), and it is necessary to control the temperature through a cooling system (such as water cooling, air cooling) to avoid material deterioration or equipment aging caused by high temperature.
Cleaning and maintenance: Thoroughly clean the grinding chamber and components after each use, especially after handling food and pharmaceutical materials, rinse with pure water and disinfect; When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to apply anti rust oil on the surface of metal parts to prevent rusting.
