Transformer characteristic testerThe maximum inflection point voltage of the tested current transformer can reach 8.4KV. The CT parameter analyzer is installed to verify the ratio and angle difference of the transformer, with an accuracy of up to 0.05%. It can test and analyze the transient characteristics of CT, and analyze the impact of CT transient characteristics on relay protection devices. The CT parameter analyzer can also be used for PT excitation characteristic testing of voltage transformers, PT turn ratio detection, PT polarity verification, PT secondary winding resistance measurement, PT secondary load measurement. It is a good equipment for the calibration of protection type transformers.

CT parameter analyzerThe structural principle is shown in Figure 2.3, where the constant voltage and constant current variable frequency power supply module is isolated from the AC220V power input. By using a DSP data acquisition system to control the constant voltage and current module, the power supply can output a sine voltage signal of AC0-125V or a sine current signal of AC0-1A.
The main function of the DSP data acquisition system is to complete the data acquisition for the control and testing process of the variable frequency power supply. All data analysis, storage, and interface display are completed by the industrial computer system. The industrial computer is equipped with an embedded XPE system and self recovery protection for the system's C drive, which can effectively avoid software system failures and virus attacks. The internal storage space of the CT analyzer is over 6G, with the largest storage capacity of over 1000 sets of data.
