Intelligent power-off reset closing electric cut-off valve - Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (Crude Oil Emergency Loading Facility)

In mid December 2021, a batch of intelligent power-off reset and explosion-proof electric cut-off valves from Shanghai Yonglong Valve Factory were tested and debugged by technical personnel of the installation company at Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (crude oil emergency loading facility)/Nanyang project in Henan Province, China. The technical personnel provided on-site guidance to the user's staff on the application of the regulations.

The intelligent power-off reset and explosion-proof electric emergency cut-off valve is installed in the crude oil emergency loading facility, controlled by the control room and GCS system, and can be linked with the fire protection system and gas leak detector. On site personnel can also use the rotating button and hand wheel to manually switch the device on and off. In case of sudden power outage/on, the built-in capacitor (backup power supply) of the actuator will release the reserve power to drive the shut-off valve to close.

The actuator housing of the intelligent power-off reset and explosion-proof electric cut-off valve is made of hard aluminum alloy, which has undergone anodizing treatment and polyester powder coating, and has strong corrosion resistance. The indicator is installed on the central shaft, and the valve position can be observed. The mirror adopts a convex lens design, which prevents water accumulation and makes observation more convenient. It has 220V switch control and can also be controlled by 4-20mA analog switch action.
