Working principle of liquid ammonia safety valve
Liquid ammonia safety valve, also known as ammonia safety valve or ammonia safety valve, commonly has A42F full opening and A41F micro opening structural types. It belongs to the closed spring safety valve, which means that the discharged medium does not leak out and is discharged entirely along the specified outlet. It is generally used for toxic, flammable and corrosive media. The discharge capacity of a safety valve is determined by the diameter of the valve seat and the opening height of the valve disc, and can also be divided into two types: fully open type, which is (1/3) to (1/4) of the inner diameter of the valve seat. The micro opening height is (1/20) to (1/40) of the inner diameter of the valve seat.

Working principle of liquid ammonia safety valve:
Liquid ammonia safety valves belong to the category of automatic discharge valves, mainly used on equipment, pressure vessels, and pipelines to control pressure not exceeding the specified value and play an important protective role in equipment operation. The opening and closing components of the liquid ammonia safety valve are in a normally closed state under the action of spring force. When the pressure of the medium in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the specified value of the spring, the medium is discharged to the outside of the system to prevent the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment from exceeding the specified value, thereby ensuring that the system does not cause accidents due to excessive pressure.

The spring type liquid ammonia safety valve uses the force of the compression spring to balance the force acting on the valve disc. The compression amount of the spiral coil spring can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment nut on it. With this structure, the opening (setting) pressure of the safety valve can be calibrated as needed. The ammonia safety valve with a handle assist device uses a power assist device to force the safety valve to open at a pressure lower than the normal opening pressure. This type of safety valve is suitable for situations where the opening pressure is very close to the working pressure, or where the safety valve needs to be opened regularly for inspection or blowing off adhesive or frozen media. The liquid ammonia safety valve must pass the pressure test conducted by the local boiler inspection institute before installation and use.
