Smart campus, teachers can review students online and view their attendance and detailed student lists

Parents can receive information about their children's entry and exit from campus online and apply for leave for their children online

1. System operation flowchart

Before implementing the system, please ask the system administrator to follow the following process step by step. The system implementation consists of two stages: one is the backend configuration of the campus cloud platform, and the other is the review operation of each grade homeroom teacher (responsible person) on the mobile mini program.

2. System administrator operation instructions

2.1. Add a facial recognition machine

Click Add, enter the device SN number and name, select the corresponding direction and location, and click Confirm (ensure the device is connected to the external network)

2.2. Add a department for faculty and staff

Click Add, enter the department name, and then click OK to proceed

2.3. Add faculty and staff

Click on 'Add', enter the staff information and their facial photos, then click 'OK' (staff name, department required, other information optional)

2.4 Adding Student Classes

Click to add a sub class, enter the class name and number, and then click OK to proceed

2.5. Bind the class leader

Click on the person in charge of the class, select the required bound faculty and staff, and click OK to proceed

2.6. Teacher binding code download

Click on the system configuration page, find the teacher binding code, click "regenerate" below the teacher binding code, wait for a period of time, click "download", download the teacher binding code to the desktop, and then send the downloaded binding code to the corresponding teacher.


2.7. Download Student Registration Code

Click on the system configuration page, find the student binding code, click "regenerate" below the student binding code, wait for a period of time, click "download", download the student binding code to the desktop, and then send the downloaded binding code to all parents.

3. Class Administrator Operation Instructions

3.1. WeChat binding of class administrators to associated classes

The homeroom teacher (administrator) uses WeChat on their mobile phone to scan the code and bind it. The binding code for each class administrator isonePlease bind according to the corresponding QR code.

3.2. Set up teacher WeChat push notifications

After scanning the code and binding, the teacher clicks on the small house in the upper left corner, enters and exits the homepage of the mini program, clicks on the faculty login mini program management interface, and clicks on WeChat push in the management interface to receive student application information. (Clicking WeChat push will automatically follow the WeChat official account to receive students' application information)

3.3. The class leader reviews student information

1. Class leader's leave review

After receiving the leave application, the person in charge can click on it, view the leave information, and then click on 'agree' to proceed

Parent operation


1. Bind student information to parents' WeChat.

Parents scan the student binding QR code sent by the school through WeChat on their mobile phones

After scanning the code, parents can complete the student and parent information, then click submit and wait for the class leader to approve.

2. Set up WeChat push notifications for parents

After the parents submit the review, click on the small house in the upper left corner, enter and exit the homepage of the mini program, click on the parent login mini program management interface, and click on WeChat push in the management interface to receive students' entry and exit information. (Clicking WeChat push will automatically follow the WeChat official account to receive children's access information)

Click on 'Leave' in the mini program, modify the leave duration, click 'Submit', and wait for the homeroom teacher's approval

1. Facial devices

◆ Device addition operation: Click on add, enter the device SN number and name, select the corresponding direction and location, and click confirm (make sure the device is connected to the external network)

◆ Device deletion: Click the delete button on the right side of the device to delete the selected device

◆ Device modification: Click edit to customize the device name and define the entry and exit direction properties of the device

Remote door opening: Click on the door opening button on the right side of the device, and the corresponding device will open the door once (note: only online devices can remotely open the door)

Click on "Add Dormitory Building" on this interface, complete the dormitory/bed information, and then click "OK" to proceed

3. Dormitory permissions

Assign dormitory access permissions on this interface. (Click Add, select the permissions to be assigned and the dormitory to which the permissions need to be assigned, and then click Confirm)

4. Dormitory large screen

1. Click the plus sign in the cloud, then select the dormitory where data needs to be displayed, and click confirm. This function is used to add a large TV screen at the entrance of the dormitory to display real-time data of people entering and exiting.
