The intelligent transportation monitoring system is mainly divided into three parts: front-end equipment, transmission, and management platform. The front-end device provides functions such as capturing and compressing video images, outputting alarm signals, and controlling lighting signals. It supports the management platform to set up the front-end device. The management platform provides applications for video and alarm data storage, access control, video decoding display, playback, control, alarm linkage, and various system management functions. High definition intelligent network cameras capture images and encode and compress them to form a video data stream, which is transmitted to the monitoring center through a network transmission system. The monitoring center receives data streams and hands them over to the management platform for application processing. It can be displayed through high-definition decoding, and the decoded video stream can be directly displayed on the platform client software or IE browser, or switched to TV wall display. The TV wall is composed of display devices with HDMI or DVI high-definition display interfaces, which can support functions such as image segmentation and synthesis.
