When applying the process approach in the quality management system, the importance of four aspects is emphasized: 1. understanding and meeting requirements, 2. considering the process from a value-added perspective, 3. obtaining results of process performance and effectiveness, and 4. continuously improving the process based on objective measurement. It is evident how important process control is. Especially for the control of the manufacturing process of wires and cables, it is better to discover problems in a timely manner, because the manufacturing process is overlapping, and it is quite difficult to solve it after the finished product is discovered, which will also cause unnecessary losses to the enterprise.
