To respond positivelyCountry《According to the policy requirements of "Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra low Emissions in the Steel Industry" (Huan Da Shui [2019] No. 35), a steel enterprise in Fujian Province has launched an intelligent transformation project for the dust suppression system in response to the dust problem in the scrap steel yard, by introducing eagle eye video recognition and TSP online monitoringsystemTo achieve precise identification, real-time monitoring, and intelligent dust suppression linkage of dust in the material yard, comprehensively improve the level of environmental governance and automation control capabilities, and ensure that the control and management system inside the material shed fully meets ultra-low emission standards.


2、 Project requirements

To meet the ultra-low emission requirements,Need to beReplacing the steelmaking capacity with the main plant building and adding a waste steel material yard to suppress dustdeviceAnd TSP system.For the main dust generating processes such as yard operations and vehicle loading and unloading, each fog cannon is equipped with an Eagle Eye intelligent recognition system and a TSP dust monitoring device to achieve automatic recognition of dust behavior and real-time monitoring of dust concentration. Through signal linkage, the system can automatically trigger corresponding fog cannons for precise dust suppression operations, achieving full process automation and intelligencecontrol.


3、 Technical solution and system composition

This project adopts an integrated governance model of "intelligent recognition+real-time monitoring+linkage control", and the system mainly consists of the following parts:

TSP monitoring deviceReal time monitoring of TSP, PM10, PM2.5 concentration and temperature and humidity data. When the dust concentration exceeds the preset value, the dust suppression command is automatically triggered to provide accurate data support for governance actions.

Eagle Eye Fog Cannon Linkage SystemThe system supports three linkage modes: manual, eagle eye recognition, and TSP monitoring. When Eagle Eye recognizes dust production behavior or TSP monitoring data exceeds the standard, the fog cannon controller can automatically adjust the fog cannon start stop, horizontal and pitch angles, with a linkage response time of ≤ 10 secondsRealize rapid targeted dust suppression in dusty areas, ensuring full coverage and high efficiency of governance.

Intelligent material shed management platformThe platform integrates environmental monitoring, equipment linkage, and operation and maintenance managementReal time display of the layout and operational status of devices such as Hawkeye and Fog Cannon based on electronic maps. The platform monitors TSP concentration, temperature and humidity parameters in real-time, supports multi-dimensional trend analysis, synchronously records equipment operation data, fault warning and linkage logs, fully supports equipment health management, pollution traceability and dust suppression effect visualization traceability, and builds a closed-loop intelligent governance system. And based on three intelligent modes, it accurately drives the fog cannon to suppress dust:

Governance plan linkage: Based on the time and spatial distribution of dust production in the factory building, the platform can automatically add or manually add a governance plan according to the analysis of total dust concentration data. One or more fog cannons can be designated to start dust suppression within the specified time range to achieve early prevention.

Video linkage: mainly targeting trucks and forklifts used for material transportation within the factory building. In the factory building, intelligent cameras combined with supporting video positioning algorithms can be used to obtain the vehicle's position or area, and fog cannons can be activated for targeted dust suppression.

Total dust alarm linkage: When a total dust monitoring device in the scrap steel yard exceeds the preset value, the fog cannon in that area begins to sweep and suppress dust on a large scale.

4、 System linkage logic

Monitoring triggersTSP monitor collects real-time dust concentration data, and when the value exceeds 8mg/m3Send an alarm signal to the intelligent platform when necessary;

identification and localizationThe Eagle Eye system uses high-definition videos to identify dust generating behaviors such as vehicle movement and material loading and unloading, accurately locate polluted areas, and synchronize location information to the platform;

automatically execute: After receiving the monitoring and identification data, the intelligent platform sends commands to the fog monitor controller, starts the fog monitor in the corresponding area to carry out spray dust suppression, and records the operation data at the same time;

Effect feedbackDuring the dust suppression process, the TSP monitor continuously tracks concentration changes. When the data falls back to the standard range, the platform automatically stops the fog cannon operation to avoid resource waste.


5、 Project implementation effect

Environmental indicators: precise compliance with ultra-low emission requirements

The concentration of particulate matter in the enclosed factory building of the scrap steel yard is stable at ≤ 8mg/m3, and there is no dust flying phenomenon; The Eagle Eye system recognition response time is ≤ 4 seconds, and the fog cannon linkage time is ≤ 10 seconds, which meets the technical agreement requirements.

Efficiency improvement: reduce labor costs, optimize governance accuracy

After the system is put into use, it achieves "unmanned and automated" dust control, without the need for manual operation, saving about 30% of labor costs for enterprises every year; Meanwhile, the precise linkage between eagle eye recognition and TSP monitoring avoids the waste of water resources caused by traditional "large-area, indiscriminate" dust suppression.

The intelligent platform can display real-time data such as dust concentration curves, fog cannon operation status, equipment failure information, etc. It supports historical data queries and report exports, providing data support for enterprises to analyze dust production patterns and optimize production processes, and promoting the transformation of environmental management from "passive governance" to "active prevention".
