(1) Project Name: Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone Xiaomo International Logistics Port Phase I Project

(2) Project location: Da'ao Village, Xiaomo Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, and the construction site of the first phase of Xiaomo International Logistics Port in Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone.

(3) Delivery location: The buyer's storage location at the dock site.

(4) The main sources of production technology for the project include construction drawing design documents, technical agreements, confirmation documents for technical interface conditions, and minutes of design liaison meetings

(5) Project content: According to the design content and requirements of the construction drawings of this project, the "high pole lights and street lamps" will be supplied in complete sets to the dock site, completing their "whole process work", including but not limited to: design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection and testing, assembly, packaging, loading and unloading transportation (excluding unloading after arrival at the dock site), insurance, arrival acceptance and handover, on-site installation guidance and debugging, cooperation with handover acceptance (formal acceptance), cooperation with feeding trial operation (if any), technical data services, accompanying and after-sales services. This also includes any work implied in the contract or arising from meeting the needs of the owner and buyer or any responsibilities and obligations of the seller.
