1、 Classified by explosion-proof type

  1. Explosion proof lampThis type of lighting fixture encloses all components that may ignite explosive gas mixtures in a single enclosure, which can withstand the explosive pressure of the internal explosive gas mixture and prevent the internal explosion from spreading to the surrounding explosive mixture. The principle is to use metal gaps to prevent the spread of explosive flames and cool the temperature of explosive products, achieving flame extinction and cooling, and suppressing the spread of explosions.   2. Increased safety explosion-proof lampThis type of lighting fixture does not generate arcs or sparks under normal operating conditions, and additional measures are taken to improve its safety and prevent the possibility of dangerous temperatures, arcs, and sparks in its internal and external components.   4. Non sparking explosion-proof lampThis type of lighting fixture takes measures in the design and manufacturing process to ensure that under normal operation and specified fault conditions, it will not produce arcs, sparks, or high-temperature surfaces that can ignite explosive gas mixtures.

4、 Classified by type of electric shock protection

  1. Class I explosion-proof lampOn the basis of basic insulation, connect easily accessible conductive components that are not charged during normal operation to the protective grounding conductor in the fixed circuit.
  2. Class II explosion-proof lampUsing double insulation or reinforced insulation as safety protection measures, without grounding protection.
  3. Class III explosion-proof lampUse a safe voltage with an effective value not exceeding 50V, and ensure that no voltage higher than this value is generated.
