1、 Structure Introduction
GZ03-S05 Fully Automatic Cable Hot Air Drying MachineUsed for drying rubber sheathed cables, it has * level and is mainly composed of a frame, electrical instruments, air compressor, sealer, pressure resistant tube, cable box, infrared heater and other systems. The working principle is that the air is compressed by an air compressor into a sealing device for filtration, and pure air is pressed into an oven. The cold air is heated and enters a cable box, which then enters the cable to be dried. The water and moisture inside the cable are expelled completely, so that the cable can reach its original insulation level (above 2500M Ω). It is safe to use, easy to move, labor-saving, energy-saving, reliable in operation, and has high work efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for drying cables in coal mines, iron mines, and well construction units.

2、 Operating proceduresGZ03-S05 Fully Automatic Cable Hot Air Drying Machine
1. After connecting the power supply during work, turn on the main power and adjust the temperature controller to the temperature required for heating the cable.
2. After heating up, turn on the air filter switch to allow air pressure to pass through the electric heating box, and turn on the wire switch to allow dry hot air to be pressed into the cable.

3、 Precautions during drying
1. When drying with hot air, attention should be paid to the temperature values of electromagnetic preheating and changes in coil current at all times. The index of the thermometer should not exceed 60 degrees, nor should it be lower than 35 degrees, and should be kept within the above range.
2. After the cable has been dried for a period of time, a megohmmeter can be used to measure its insulation resistance at the exposed ends inside and outside the cable. If the drying effect is good and the insulation resistance can reach 150-250 megohms, the drying can be stopped. If the drying effect is slow after several cycles, the cable can be turned around and dried again until it meets the requirements.
3. During the drying interval, the drain valve at the bottom of the filter should be continuously opened to discharge air, in order to improve the quality of the compressed air.
4. During normal drying, if the cable sheath is blown into bulges by compressed air or a large amount of talc powder flows out of the core, the air pressure should be reduced. At this time, attention should also be paid to observing the escape of compressed air between the cable outer leakage end sheath and the core. If the escape condition is unfavorable compared to the cable, a wooden rod can be used to lightly tap the cable sheath to facilitate smooth passage of compressed air.
5. During the drying process, there will be compressed air escaping from each opening (or hole) of the cable sheath. At this time, it should be marked for easy heat repair after drying.
