Installation and maintenance:
The assembly of CBF explosion-proof axial flow fan should be carried out in accordance with the product operation manual or product drawing.
2. Installation work must be carried out by professionals.
Before installing the fan, it is necessary to check whether the technical data listed on the nameplate and the basic parameters in the user manual match the actual usage situation, and to check whether the components are damaged, and whether all parts are intact and normal.
4. During installation, first connect the incoming cable to the terminal block of the wiring chamber through the introduction device, and press the sealing ring tightly to seal the cable. Connect the grounding wire and tighten the screws.
After all the above checks are correct, the power can be turned on for operation.
6. When starting the equipment after maintenance, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the various components of the fan are normal.
7. Regularly check the tightening of the connecting bolts between the motor and the casing, inspect the tightening of the bolts on the fan impeller, and check the tightening of the connecting bolts on the vibrator.
8. Regularly check whether the fan is operating within the operating range.
9. Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt from the surface of the blades.
10. Regularly replace the lubricating grease for the motor bearings, usually every three months, or according to the actual situation.
11. The fan should be regularly inspected for insulation and loose bolts. (Attention: Poor quality of lubricating grease can easily cause excessive temperature rise of the motor shaft.)
12. The fan must not be disassembled at will. During maintenance, the front power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover for inspection.
13. During the maintenance process, do not damage the explosion-proof surface. Close the cover and tighten it before use.
14. The fan should be inspected regularly, and any damaged parts should be replaced promptly.
