This machine is equipped with a blower device, which allows air to enter the working room through the air duct, promoting the circulation and convection of hot air inside the working room, thereby achieving better temperature uniformity.

2、 Structure:

1. The box is made of thin steel plates and steel, and glass fiber is used as insulation material between the outer shell and the working room. There is a glass door inside the outer door to observe the situation inside the working room.

2. All electrical circuits are installed in the control room on the right side of the box, and the temperature controller and various switch control parts are located outside the control room. The side door of the control room can be removed for easy maintenance.

4、 Usage and Attention:

1. This type of drying oven should be used indoors at a dry level, and the outer shell of the box must be effectively grounded.

2. In the power supply line, users should install on-off switches corresponding to the current of the drying oven to supply this oven.

3. Each drying oven workshop is equipped with two air circulation shelves for placing test materials, and the spacing between the shelves can be adjusted according to the size of the test materials. The placement of test materials should not be too dense to facilitate the circulation of hot air. Test materials are not allowed to be placed on the bottom plate of the workshop to avoid burning them out due to overheating.

4. This machine is a digital display temperature controller. When selecting the continuous temperature setting, press the temperature test setting number on the dashboard until it meets the required temperature number to start working.

5. Indicator lights of the temperature controller: The green light indicates that the electric heater is working, and the red light indicates that the heating has stopped. When the temperature inside the box reaches the set temperature, the green light turns to the red light. After that, the temperature controller continues to flip and the red and green lights alternate on and off, indicating a constant temperature state. However, due to the uneven heating inside the working room at the beginning of the constant temperature, even if the set temperature is reached, the box is already in a constant temperature state, and there may be residual heat continuing to heat up. This phenomenon gradually disappears and tends to stabilize after half an hour.

6. When starting up, in order to obtain the accelerated heating time, the heating switch is turned to high temperature, and both sets of heaters are heated simultaneously. After reaching a constant temperature state, the heating switch can be turned to low temperature, leaving only one set of heaters working to save power consumption.

7. When taking and placing the test substance, do not collide with the sensor inserted into the working chamber to prevent damage and control failure caused by the temperature measuring head of the sensor.

8. Before starting up, unscrew the exhaust valve on the top of the box by about 10mm to facilitate air circulation inside the box, and to remove moisture and waste air.

9. To observe the condition of the samples in the studio, you can open the outer door or peek inside through the glass door. However, it is advisable to keep the outer door closed to prevent heat leakage. When the temperature rises to around 300 degrees, opening the box door may cause the glass to cool rapidly and break.

10. This series of drying ovens are non explosion proof products. Do not bake flammable, explosive, or volatile materials to prevent explosions.

11. After use, the power must be cut off.

12. Once a malfunction occurs, it must be repaired before it can be used.
