Under the witness of the Financial Secretary of the Special Administrative Region, Paul Chan, Liu Jia, Director and Senior Vice President of Jiadu Technology, signed the contract on behalf of the company. Jiadu Technology officially signed the contract and became one of the new batch of key introduced enterprises to assist in the construction of the Hong Kong International Science and Technology Innovation Center.
The Introduction Office is a dedicated office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government to promote the development of key enterprises in Hong Kong, focusing on attracting globally valuable and industry representative enterprises to establish and expand their businesses in Hong Kong. There are a total of 22 key imported enterprises signed in this batch, from multiple fields such as artificial intelligence, life and health technology, and new energy materials.
Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan pointed out that key enterprises are continuously enriching Hong Kong's innovation and technology ecosystem. Many companies have established strategic partnerships with local universities, enterprises, and research institutions in Hong Kong. Some companies are also conducting cutting-edge technology experiments in Hong Kong and launching innovative applications in fields such as autonomous driving and smart finance, using Hong Kong as a base to go global. This year's Budget proposes to promote the 'AI+' and 'finance+' strategies. In terms of 'AI+', Hong Kong will accelerate the application of artificial intelligence in different industries and explore in depth how to further empower Hong Kong's innovative research ecosystem with AI.
Liu Jia stated that for technology companies, Hong Kong is not only an important hub connecting the mainland and the global market, but also an important platform for promoting technological innovation, achievement transformation, and international development. Hong Kong has unique advantages in international finance, legal system, professional services, and research talent, which can provide strong support for technology enterprises in research and development layout, capital docking, compliance operation, and overseas market expansion. Jiadu Technology looks forward to leveraging Hong Kong's location and innovative ecological advantages to further enhance the international competitiveness of its technology products and promote China's intelligent solutions to a broader market.
