smart-city-siteLightweight aggregate concrete cushion layer

The lightweight aggregate concrete cushion is composed of lightweight aggregates (such as ceramsite, expanded perlite, foamed plastic particles, etc., and the bulk density is less than1100kg/m³)、 A lightweight structural layer made of cement, water, and additives, laid below the building structure layer. Its core performance includes:lightweightThe dry bulk density is generally800-1900kg/m³, Only 1/3-2/3 of ordinary concrete)thermal insulation(Thermal conductivity)0.08-0.25W/Superior to ordinary concrete)sound insulation and vibration damping(Air sound insulation)40-50dB, Can effectively reduce the transmission of impact sound)Good crack resistance(Low elastic modulus, strong deformation adaptability).

The main applicable scenarios are:ground/Floor cushion layer(Used for residential, office buildings, hospitals and other buildings to reduce floor loads and improve sound insulation in lower level spaces)Roof insulation layer(doubles as a cushion layer and is used in conjunction with waterproof structures)Soft foundation treatment(Reduce the requirement for foundation bearing capacity and prevent uneven settlement).

Key points to be noted during construction:1. Pre wetting treatment of lightweight aggregate (watering 24 hours in advance, drying the surface before use to avoid water absorption and loss of concrete fluidity); 2. Mix proportion control (cement dosage is generally 200-300kg/m ³, sand ratio is 30% -40%, slump is 50-100mm); 3. Laying and vibration (using flat plate vibrators or rollers for light pressure to avoid excessive vibration causing light aggregates to float and layer); 4. Maintenance (covering and moisturizing within 12 hours after pouring, with a maintenance time of not less than 7 days to prevent surface cracking).

Its advantages lie in:Reduce structural load(Especially suitable for high-rise buildings or weak foundations)Improve thermal performance(Reduce air conditioning energy consumption)Easy construction(No heavy equipment required, can be mixed on-site). It should be noted that lightweight aggregate concrete has lower strength (compressive strength is generally1.5-10MPa), Not suitable for floors that can withstand heavy loads (such as warehouses and workshops).
