The CDU-22400W launched by Shuguang Shuchuang effectively solves the above problems with its high efficiency, energy saving, high-density heat dissipation, safety and stability.
In terms of energy efficiency, compared with traditional cold plate products, the CDU-22400W adopts a dual pump design, which can reduce the comprehensive operating power consumption of the secondary side by more than 20%. The smaller approximation design can increase the utilization rate of the cold source by 30%, further extending the natural cooling time and greatly reducing the overall energy consumption of the system.
In terms of heat dissipation capacity, the new product has a single CDU with a heat dissipation capacity of 2400kW, which can support up to 16 high-density AI cabinets with 120kW heat dissipation and adapt to higher power chips. Not only that, CDU-22400W also supports rapid deployment and flexible expansion of liquid cooling systems through modular design, which can better serve the continuously growing computing power demand today.
In terms of reliability, through innovative structural design, the operating space of adjacent pipelines of CDU-22400W is increased by 60% compared to traditional solutions under the same equipment volume. While achieving higher performance expansion and functional redundancy, sufficient operation and maintenance space is also reserved, making maintenance and repair more convenient and minimizing the mean time to repair (MTTR), ensuring the continuous online operation of the data center.
It is worth mentioning that the new product innovatively incorporates the Southeast Asian cultural symbol of "elephant" in industrial design, which is not only the value commitment of Shuguang Shuchuang's intelligence, safety, and reliability, but also reflects the deep localization of strategic thinking and sincere cultural respect and recognition.
