Working principle: When the impeller rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane drives the gas to move forward and outward, forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades accelerates in a spiral shape and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). After it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to the impeller blades to accelerate again. When the air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, causing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel to further increase. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side channel narrows at the outlet), the gas is discharged. Installation site for explosion-proof medium pressure blower:
1. Medium pressure ducted fans should be installed in a sturdy and sturdy location on the ground, with sufficient space around for easy inspection, maintenance, and upkeep.

3. The connecting pipeline between the medium pressure turbine and the system should be sealed reliably. 4. In the connecting pipeline, users can install valves and vacuum gauges above the inlet of the medium pressure turbine fan to check the maximum pressure of the medium pressure turbine fan at any time.
5. Connect the power supply according to the regulations on the motor label, ground the wire, and install fuses and thermal relays of appropriate specifications.
6. When the medium pressure turbo fan is powered on for trial operation, the motor belt must be removed to confirm that the vacuum pump rotates in the specified direction before it can be put into use, and the medium pressure turbo fan can be reversed for oil injection.
