It is a broadcast grade signal standard, stable and reliable, cost-effective video exchange product specially designed for you.
The ML-MIX series adopts a plug-in card modular structure. Within the standard industrial chassis structure, it uses 1 card and 4 circuit boards, which can support up to 36 input business cards and 36 output business cards simultaneously. The matrix switching scale is 144 input and 144 output. By selecting different business cards, it can support various common video and audio interfaces (such as SDI, HDMI, VGA, DVI, YPbPr, AV, etc.), as well as fiber optic transmission interfaces, IP stream network interfaces, and transmission interfaces based on HDbaseT technology. More precisely, it is a high-definition/standard definition, digital/analog video exchange platform. Built in support for zero latency, high quality, and date/time/character overlay for any video channel (optional). Provide rich connection and control interfaces to the outside world, including RS-232, Ethernet, etc., which can facilitate your connection to control keyboards, PCs, or other central control systems. It provides panel control functions and a user-friendly interface based on software clients, making your operation more convenient. 2. Product features
Input and output support signals such as 3G/HD-SDI, HDMI, DVI, VGA, RGB, YPbPr, CVBS, IP stream, Fiber, and HDBaseT;
This configuration uses a 16x16 host and supports 16 mixed signal inputs and 16 mixed signal outputs;
The SDI input board supports local loop out monitoring function, and each output supports 2 SDI signals to be output simultaneously without the need for a signal distributor;
This system adopts a 1-card 4-channel configuration, fully plug-in card modular design, and supports 2-channel HDMI+2-channel SDI or 2-channel HDMI+2-channel HDBaseT configuration;
The DVI signal board does not have an external audio interface, while other boards have 4-channel external audio signal function;
Support external sound embedding and de embedding, audio and video synchronization switching function, 3.5mm stereo audio or terminal interface (VGA/YPbPr board);
The input board supports optional character overlay function and character annotation function for input signals;
The output board supports optional splicing function and resolution modification function;
The input signal supports adjustable color, color temperature, brightness, and fine adjustment or adaptive adjustment of position offset;
Supports line doubling function, which can enhance low input resolution images with frequency doubling and line doubling;
Supporting EDID management function, matching output resolution can be selected according to the physical resolution of the display unit;
Plug in card design, flexible configuration, can switch and transmit multiple formats of audio and video signals at will;
Support the expansion of optional network input/output cards, fiber optic input or output cards;
The transmission distance of Category 6 Ethernet cables can be selected from 70 meters and 100 meters;
Fiber optic standard transmission distance of 10KM, customizable for longer distances;
The resolution supports 3840x2160/60HZ, 1920x1200/60HZ, 1080P/60HZ downward compatibility, and the output board supports any resolution adjustment;
The output board has a time base calibration synchronization function, supports seamless switching with zero delay, and ensures that there is no shaking, black field, blue screen, flashing screen, snowflake, noise or other phenomena in the switching moment. The switching time is less than 5ns;
Supports HDMI 2.0/HDMI 1.4/HDMI 1.3a and DVI 1.0 protocols, HDCP protocol and EDID reading function, in compliance with SMPTE and ITU standards;
Support multiple control methods, front panel supports button switching, supports serial port RS232 and network switching, intelligent software design, supports compatibility with various brands of central control iPad remote control;
Provide multiple control modes with a main control panel, and the software control interface adopts a network format display mode, which can pre store no less than 100 control modes and support presets;
The business card supports hot plugging, ensuring the device's 24/7 uninterrupted working ability;
The input signal supports adjustable color, color temperature, brightness, and fine adjustment of position offset;
The machine is equipped with a display screen, a friendly interactive interface, and can operate and manage signal switching information in a screen style;
