II80T/HThe production process of large-scale reverse osmosis water treatment equipment:
Raw water tank (user provided) → flocculation dosing device → raw water pump (stainless steel) → disc filter → activated carbon filter →SBSReducing agent dosing device → Integrated ultrafiltration system → Scale inhibitor dosing system → Precision filter (stainless steel) → High pressure pump (stainless steel) →80t/hReverse osmosis host → pure water tank → pure water pump → water point;

III80T/HDebugging steps for large-scale reverse osmosis water treatment equipment
1. Inlet flow rate of booster pump
2
The working pressure of the booster pump

3. The working pressure of reverse osmosis pretreatment
4
Analyze and test the metal of the device, and only when the results show that it meets the water inlet requirements, can the device be debugged for water supply.
5
Adjust the pressure control system of the high-pressure pump.

6. Checkwater purifierWhether the connections between all pipelines are complete, whether the pressure gauges are complete, whether the low-pressure pipeline connections are tight, and whether there are shortages.
7
Fully open the pressure gauge switch, main inlet valve, concentrated water discharge valve, and produced water discharge valve.
8
Start the preprocessing equipment and adjust the water supply to be greater than the total water intake of the device.
9
When there is no odor in the effluent, close the main inlet valve of the device.
10
Start the high-pressure pump and slowly open the main inlet valve of the device, controlling the total inlet pressure of the device to be less than0.5MpaRinse off5Minutes, and check if all high and low pressure pipelines and instruments are normal.
11
Adjust the inlet valve and concentrated water discharge valve to achieve the inlet pressure1.01.4Mpa.
12
Test the water conductivity of the product, and when it meets the requirements, open the water outlet valve of the product and close the water discharge valve.
13
rO MembranedeviceAll debugging is done manually in a single step. After running normally, it can be switched to automatic mode, which is controlled by online instruments and control boxesPLCAutomatic control operation.

480T/HPrecautions before operation of large-scale reverse osmosis water treatment equipment

Produced by Dongguan Green Health Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd80T/HLarge scale reverse osmosis water treatment equipmentBy utilizing advanced technology, we ensurePure water equipmentThe effluent quality meets the water demand of the industry.

Firstly, prepare a set of residual chlorine colorimeter. The membranes used in current reverse osmosis water treatment equipment are mostly low-pressure polyamide membranes, which are not resistant to chlorine during use, especially under the action of heavy metal ions, and are prone to oxidation and damage. Tap water often contains heavy metal ions, which can easily damage the membrane after activated carbon failure. The content of residual chlorine and organic matter in tap water varies, and calculation and estimation alone are not enough. The failure of activated carbon should be based on testing, which can avoid waste caused by premature replacement and membrane damage caused by delayed replacement. This colorimeter is cheap, easy to operate, and can be used before the planned replacement period10Starting from day one, measure every day.

The water quality report of local tap water should be available as much as possible. Although there is a national standard for tap water, tap water varies from place to place. Recent water quality reports can be obtained from the water company and provided to the equipment manufacturer when purchasing reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. The manufacturer will calculate the approximate replacement cycle of activated carbon based on the residual chlorine in the water quality report, and determine the range of recovery rate, possible pollution, and cleaning methods based on the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the water quality report.
