-Sample processing procedure-

Accurately weigh about 25mg of the test sample and place it in a 50ml volumetric flask. Dissolve it in mobile phase and dilute it quantitatively to the mark. Shake well and filter through a needle filter to obtain the sample

1. Through X/Y/Z three-dimensional sampling

The AS-10TVP INJECTOR automatic sampling system has the technical design feature of mechanical 3D X/Y/Z sampling, which can achieve a longer service life. Automatic lubrication bearings can minimize daily maintenance and avoid trouble caused by dust environments.

The high-precision stepper motor shaft can be accurately positioned, and the injection dose is provided using a micro mode, which can accurately determine the position of the sample bottle with high resolution.

2. Double needle design

The dual needle design of the AS-10TVP INJECTOR automatic injection system can avoid system blockage caused by membrane particles injected into the system. The air needle punctures the septum before the injection needle enters the vial.

Since the injection needle does not need to pierce the small bottle cap, even the strongest small bottle cap or plastic bottle cap can be used, no matter how fragile the injection needle is.

3. Simple operation, easy to understand

The injection valve and injection port with a quantitative loop can be directly accessed from the chamber door of the instrument panel without removing any protective cover. The suction needle can also be accessed through the glass panel folded on the side of the instrument. The replacement of the suction needle does not require any necessary tools.
