The AY oil pump series is a modified and redesigned version of the old Y-shaped oil pump series. AY oil pump is a new product developed to meet the needs of modern construction and adapt to energy-saving equipment updates as soon as possible. AY type oil pump has the following characteristics:
The AY oil pump bearing body components have replaced the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies, respectively, improving reliability.
The hydraulic flow component of AY oil pump adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving pump, with an average efficiency 5-8% higher than that of the old Y-shaped oil pump.
To maintain inheritance, the structural type, installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of AY type oil pump are kept the same as those of Y-shaped oil pump, making it easier for old devices to be updated and renovated.
The components of AY type oil pump have a high degree of universality, and the standard parts are shared by several series of products.
The material selection is refined, with a focus on Class II and III materials. The bearing body and other parts are increased to two types: cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for cold regions, outdoor use, and marine use.
There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
