Aggregation reactor/polymerization kettle

A polymerization reactor is used to manufacture organic polymer spheres, with a slender and elongated reactor body and a set of replaceable frame or paddle agitators inserted into the reactor body. During the polymerization stirring process, the difference in linear velocity of the fluid at different points along each axis in the reaction vessel is small, thus obtaining polymer monomers with relatively uniform particle size. At the same time, the use of the stirrer designed by this utility model also makes the flow velocity of each medium layer in the reaction vessel more uniform.
