The spacing between the flower plate holes of the dust collector is too tight, causing the bottom of the filter bag to collide and wear each other. Within a few months of operation, the bottom of the filter bag will partially break, which will also cause the airflow inside the box to rise too fast, resulting in an increase in smoke and dust emissions. The partial filtration load of the filter material is too high and the cleaning force is lacking.
Dust collector flower plate, also known as dust collector porous plate, is a steel partition with the same size of installation filter bag holes on the upper box of the dust collector. The distance between the filter bag holes set on the dust collector flower board is related to factors such as bag diameter, bag length, dust properties, and filtration speed. The distance between the holes on the flower plate of the dust collector should not be too close. If it is too close, the bottom of the filter bags will collide and wear each other, and some filter bag bottoms will break within a few months of operation. It will also cause the airflow inside the box to rise too fast, resulting in an increase in smoke and dust emissions, high local filtration load of the filter material, and insufficient cleaning force.
According to long-term calculations and verification by company engineers, the distance between the holes of the dust collector flower plate should be designed based on the length of the filter bag and the rising speed of the airflow, and should be at least 2/5 of the diameter of the filter bag (not less than 40mm) to be reasonable and reliable.
The uniform arrangement of dust collector flower plates is suitable for small and medium-sized pulse dust collectors. The dense arrangement is suitable for large and medium-sized pulse dust collectors.
Design considerations for dust removal bag flower board:
(1) In addition to accepting negative pressure from the system, the flower board should also accept the weight of the filter bag, dust layer, and bag cage. If the flower board deforms, it may affect the straightness of the filter bag and the sealing effect of the dust removal filter bag opening. Therefore, reinforcement treatment should be carried out at the lower part of the flower board during design.
(2) The flower plate of the dust collector should be bright and flat, avoiding defects such as bending and uneven surface. Its flatness should be less than 2/1000 of the length of the flower plate. Lubrication is required around the aperture of the flower board without burrs, and the size of the flower board aperture for fixing the dust filter bag with an elastic expansion ring is plus or minus 0.3 millimeters. The deviation between the device position and the theoretical position after processing the aperture of the flower board should be less than 1.5 millimeters, and the flatness deviation should be less than 2/1000 of the length of the flower board.
