Product features: This series of machine tools has good overall precision stability, strong rigidity, and low noise. It can be used to automatically perform cylindrical turning of various parts with external, internal, end, cone, and generatrix curves of any quadratic shape, and can also be used for drilling, reaming, and other machining. This machine tool is driven by an electric motor and achieves stepless speed regulation of the spindle in high, medium, and low gears through gear shifting inside the spindle box. Due to the large gear speed (i=21), the speed range is wide, and there is a large torque maintained in medium and low-speed machine tools. The transmission gear has high strength and can withstand the large impact force caused by forward and reverse movement, emergency stop, and shifting. When shifting, a handle is used to achieve high, medium, and low gear changes, making operation convenient.
