The UPVC pneumatic plastic ball valve is composed of a high-sensitivity pneumatic piston actuator and a UPVC plastic ball valve. Pneumatic plastic ball valves and UPVC pneumatic ball valves are suitable for intercepting flow in conveying processes with corrosive media; Lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant.

The pneumatic plastic ball valve body is made of polypropylene UPVC and CPVC materials, which have excellent chemical resistance and good resistance to general acids and organic solvents. The sealing rubber materials commonly used for PVC ball valves include EPDM and FPM.

Suitable for different environments based on their respective characteristics:

EPDM can withstand general acidity and alkalinity, has good chemical resistance and water resistance, but is not resistant to mineral oil and superheated steam (200 ℃), and can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 to 120 ℃. FPM has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical resistance. Commonly used in high-temperature and corrosion-resistant applications, the operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 210 ℃.
