IIDC resistance box structural characteristics

The resistance box support has a potential lead out terminal that can be calibrated according to the components. The contact ring, contact piece, and brush in the switch are all tightly pressed with micro springs, so the contact resistance deteriorates less after use. The support is made of high insulation polystyrene material with good insulation performance. The readings on the panel are arranged in two straight lines for clear and concise reading. When all the conversion switches in the resistance box are placed in the zero position, the zero resistance is 0.01 ohms. Therefore, the small step switch has no zero position, and starting from 1, there is no need to deduct zero resistance from the measurement results during use. The resistance element adopts high stability manganese copper alloy wire wound in a non inductive manner and undergoes strict process treatment on the ceramic tube, so it has high stability.
